Breathwork creates the space to clear and clean out any unoriginal thoughts in the mind that cause low grade stress and limit our creative potential. It offers you the chance to reconnect with your body and truest self. Through this practice, we will work directly with the breath to positively impact your nervous system, to support your stress response, improve your immune system and leave you feeling full of radiant energy.
Campbell is a breathwork facilitator with a passion for teaching people how to use their breath as a tool for self exploration, emotional well-being and optimal health. His classes connect people with their breath, mind and body through education, movement, and specific breathing practices.
To prepare : Please find someplace comfortable where you can lie down flat, either on a yoga mat, a couch or your bed. Make sure to have a blanket and a pillow and an eye mask if you have one.
